Job Title: Wireline Units Specialist (Sales & Operations)
Work Location: Libya
Department: Operations / Business Development
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality Wireline logging services to clients in Libya.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to understand market needs and opportunities.
Support the delivery of technical proposals and ensure smooth execution of Wireline logging operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age: 35 – 55 years old.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Wireline logging operations.
Strong familiarity with **Baker Hughes** Wireline equipment and systems is mandatory.
Experience with Chinese Wireline systems will be considered an advantage.
Proven sales or client-facing experience in the oil & gas industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt flexibly to challenging work environments and travel as required.
Strong teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Salary Structure: Basic Salary + Performance Commission + Annual Bonus.

Working Schedule
Sunday to Thursday (5 days per week)
