Job Purpose:
The Process Excellence & Governance Analyst is responsible for designing, developing,
standardizing, and evaluating business processes, policies, and operational frameworks across the organization. The role ensures that all processes are aligned with organizational structure, compliant with local legislation, and adaptable to international standards and best practices. The role requires strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to integrate local regulatory requirements with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop business processes (not limited to reviewing existing ones)
• Build structured operational frameworks, procedures, and workflows from the ground up
• Translate business needs into scalable and standardized process designs
• Develop and structure policies, manuals, and governance documents
• Ensure alignment between policies, procedures, and operational execution
• Support creation of operational manuals and organizational frameworks
• Ensure all processes and documents align with the organization’s structure and document hierarchy
• Maintain consistency across subsidiaries and departments
• Support implementation of best practices in process design and documentation
• Review processes and policies to ensure compliance with local legislation if neccessary
• Conduct research on applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Identify areas of flexibility and adapt processes to align with international standards
where possible
• Research international process standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Benchmark internal processes against industry standards
• Recommend improvements based on global practices and organizational needs
• Evaluate process efficiency and usability in real operations
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement process enhancements
• Prepare processes for ERP implementation
• Translate process logic into system requirements and workflows
• Ensure processes are structured for automation and scalability
• Work closely with all departments and subsidiaries to gather requirements
• Facilitate workshops and discussions for process development and validation
• Coordinate with Legal, IT, and Document Control functions
