Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Section Head (Solvent-Based) to lead and manage solvent-based paint production operations. The role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety compliance, and alignment with production plans.
- Lead and supervise all solvent-based production activities on a daily basis.
- Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
- Manage production teams including engineers, supervisors, and labor workers.
- Monitor and improve machine utilization, productivity, and downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Planning, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
- Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Control material usage and minimize waste and losses.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the section.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
