Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotions, and termination.
Design and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Manage employment contracts and ensure adherence to Libyan labor laws.
Lead performance appraisal cycles and employee development plans.
Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
Foster a positive and engaging work culture that enhances teamwork and retention.
Provide regular HR performance reports and workforce analytics to top management.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and recruitment plans.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Libyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and ERP software (Odoo preferred).
Good command of English (reading and writing).
