✅ What we expect from candidates:
✔ German and/or Italian language proficiency (B1+ level, good spoken skills).
✔ Stable internet connection and a headset for PC.
✔ Confident PC user with experience in office programs.
✔ Experience in sales or call centers is a plus (but not mandatory!).
✅ Your responsibilities:
✔ Communicating with new clients – we don’t wait for them to come to us, we actively offer our product!
✔ Identifying and meeting customer needs – your goal is not just to make a call, but to find the right approach for each client.
✔ Handling objections.
✔ Closing deals – you don’t just talk, you sell and earn a percentage from each successful sale.
