The Production Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process within the FMCG industry. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently operate machinery, monitor production lines, and ensure that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production processes and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. With a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience, the Production Operator will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

1 .To setup the the machine as per the production plan and instructions of the supervisor / manager.

2.Responsible for detailed machine setting as per quality requirements.

3.Seek approval from the quality before mass production and after every machine settings change.

4.Ensure line clearance before production start-up.

5.To ensure that the raw material and packaging material is available before installing the start-up of the production, and in case of unavailability, to inform immediately his supervisor/manager the same.

6.Stop the machine and adjust the parameters if any deviation encountered or reported by the quality department.

7.Ensure product quality by checking the product on the line at set intervals as per the product testing instructions.

8.To ensure a regular checks of the machine and the machine surroundings to ensure that the machine is in optimal work condition and surroundings are clean and tidy.

9.To follow the Manager Instructions strictly.

10.To follow all procedures and GMP / Food Safety Instructions.

11.To ensure that the products are handled properly to ensure food safety, making sure no dust /

contamination occurs and no outside particles enter the product.

13.To ensure that the proper hygiene practices are followed and the PPEs such as hairnet, beard net, gloves,safety shoes, clean uniforms etc. are always in use.

14. To report any defects and purchase of spare parts to the supervisor/manager

15. To report to the Production Supervisor / Production Manager.

16. Perform all tasks apart from the above mentioned, as and when required to be performed by the management .
