JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a packaging designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Marketing Experience: Preferable experience in marketing to bring a holistic understanding of design's impact on market positioning and consumer engagement.
• Customer Relationship: Ability to cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring that design solutions align with client expectations.
• Design Aptitude: Natural talent for design with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the delivery of aesthetically pleasing and functional packaging solutions.
• Market Research and Advertising: Experience with market research and product placement advertising, contributing to designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Packaging Materials Familiarity: Familiarity with various packaging materials, demonstrating knowledge of their properties and applications.
• 3D Design Proficiency: Proficient with 3D design software, including CAD or AutoCAD, to create realistic and accurate packaging mock-ups.
• Desktop Publishing Tools: Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, art, or a related field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Graphic and Packaging Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products through innovative and functional packaging designs. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, each contributing to the overall success and appeal of our packaging solutions.
• Collaborative Planning: Conduct meetings with design and marketing teams to discuss packaging specifications, confirm budgets, and align design strategies with marketing objectives.
• Market Analysis: Evaluate market trends and analyze similar packaging designs to ensure our products remain contemporary and stand out in the market.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, providing guidance on layout and design options that align with their vision and brand identity.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in collaborative tasks, leveraging your expertise to enhance overall team performance.
• Creative Brainstorming: Engage in creative brainstorming sessions, generating packaging ideas through hand sketches, verbal cues, words, and design software.
• Brand Representation: Ensure that packaging designs accurately represent the company's brand and ethos, maintaining brand consistency across all product lines.
• Conceptualization and Mock-ups: Select functional ideas and transform them into tangible designs through the creation of packaging mock-ups, considering both visual appeal and practicality.
• Client Presentation: Present final packaging designs to clients, articulating the thought process behind the designs and addressing any feedback or modifications
