Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formulation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Formulation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the formulation development process, ensuring the successful development and optimization of pharmaceutical dosage forms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented scientists and contribute to the advancement of novel drug products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of formulation scientists to develop and optimize pharmaceutical dosage forms (solid dosage forms).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research, analytical development, and manufacturing, to drive formulation development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Design and execute formulation development studies, including formulation screening, pre-formulation studies, and process optimization.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions to advance formulation development projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the formulation development process.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the formulation team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum of [7 years] of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with demonstrated expertise in developing solid dosage forms.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation principles, including drug-excipient compatibility, solubility enhancement, and stability studies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
