Job description includes:
- meeting with potential clients virtually or during visits
- demonstrating and presenting our recruitment services to potential clients
- establishing new business base
- maintaining accurate records
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- reviewing deals and sales
- negotiating contracts and packages
- working towards monthly & annual targets.
Qualification:1-3 years sales/ BD experience in Recruitment fieldExcellent English is a mustSelf-motivated and driven by targetsStrong communications skills – including both verbal and writtenThe ability to influence and negotiate with othersCommercial awarenessKnowledge and experience in recruitment salesWork location :7 Asmaa fahmi , Ard el golfWorking hours :10 AM till 6 PMWorking days :5 days a week ( Friday and Saturday off )Salary :Net + commission applied for each dealSocial insurance :applied after passing the probation period
