Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients in Egypt, GCC countries, and Africa. Specifically, you will focus on selling chemical and additive products used in the production of ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and tableware. Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as strong logistics management skills, are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our chemical and additive products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

2. Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical expertise and guidance on product selection and usage.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and technical issues.

3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market demands, and product improvements.

4. Sales Reporting and Targets:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to maximize sales growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Sales Revenue: Achieve a minimum monthly sales revenue target of $X (specific numeric value).
2. Customer Acquisition: Acquire a minimum of X new customers per month (specific numeric value).
