Job description
Make outbound calls to potential customers using prepared scripts to introduce company products or services.
· Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive phone outreach.
· Engage prospective customers in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and preferences.
· Build and maintain rapport with potential customers to foster long-term relationships.
· Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance.
· Adhere to all telemarketing regulations and compliance standards.
Skills
