1- Continuously improve and innovate learning content through ongoing research and development.
2- Provide administrative support to instructors, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
3- Identify training gaps and develop targeted programs to address specific needs.
4- Partner with L&D Business Partners and stakeholders to create comprehensive training plans.
5- Recruit and onboard talented facilitators to deliver high-quality programs.
6- Evaluate training methods and programs, suggesting improvements for maximum impact.
7- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective training materials.
8- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
9- Design and implement assessments to measure learning outcomes.
 


1- 1-3 years of experience in a learning and development role.2- Excellent written and spoken English.3- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.4- Proficiency in MS Office.5- Experience in an education/training organization. (Is an extra)6- Familiarity with instructional design principles.
