In this role you work with our front office team to ensure accurate data entry for the following but not limited to Time & Material Tickets, Supplier Invoices, Quotes, assisting with entering Write Ups. You will not be boxed into your position and will be cross trained in other areas. We are close knit group that works together and supports every member of the team.

Job Requirements



This position is ideal for you if you:

Proficiency in English is a crucial requirement for this position 
Have typing speed above 50 WPM
Have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) MUST
Strong Excel skills (can create worksheets with formulas)
2+ years of Data entry experience would be great plus
Knowledgeable in QuickBooks (Enterprise experience a plus)
Are reliable and want to be part of a team
Like to jump in when needed
Can work independently as well as part of a team
