Export Sales Manager (USA - Canada)

  1. Provide the company with the driving force through successful handling both short and long-term commercial venture. 
  2. Retain customers to secure sales volumes and prices targeted by developing, implementing and supervising sales procedures and tactics.
  3. Coordinate with different organization department to facilitate the work flow.
  4. Manage different aspects of the commercial field of the organization.
  5. Identify target customers having potential business opportunities.
  6. Participate in developing new products to meet customer’s needs.
  7. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual financial budget.
  8. Maintain a high quality image and reputation in the market place.
  9. Give input in the development of product line changes, price policy changes and new product applications intended to increase sales and profitability. 
  10. Follow up customer complaint and ways to solve it in coordination with the supply chain manager.
  11. Follow up the production schedule, according to customer’s need.
  12. Timely submission of Sales reports.
  13. Manage and follow up the collection with customers.
  14. Develop new business and new market opportunities for ACCM products within the assigned territory.
  15. Study the current market situation and develop and new opportunities needs.

10 years of professional work experience.Bachelor’s degreefluent in written and spoken English.Sales management experience.Excellent  Negotiation Skills.Excellent  communication skillsLeadership skills.
