- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise the receiving, inspection, and recording of incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for satisfying other internal departments to prioritize and fulfill orders on time.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to maximize warehouse space utilization.
- Supervise the order picking, packing, and shipping according to established procedures.
- Monitor order fulfillment metrics, such as order accuracy and on-time delivery performance.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and complete order processing.
- Follow up and maintain safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental regulations, and hospital safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a warehouse manager with at least 3 years preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and warehouse safety practices.
