After
Sale service:
Our company sincerely promises that we provide
high-quality and complete after-sales service according to the following terms:
A、 after
equipment installation, debugging and acceptance, we provide follow-up service
once a month according to customer demands. We listen to user suggestions and
requirements and maintain the machine. We provide follow-up service once three
months and make detailed service and use record. Filing for future reference.
B、 Our Company
gives definite reply to user’s service requirement within 24h except national
statutory holidays.
C、 since the day
that the machine is put into service, we establish machine service tracking
management file for future reference according to service condition of user. We
escrow the equipment for customer, provide technical data and maintenance and
repair parts of our equipment and accessory list for customer at any time. We
also provide parts and wearing parts of the equipment in service life of
machine according to customer demands.
