Job Title: Production Planning Engineer

Location: Misurata, Libya

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly and weekly production plans based on expected demand, Make-To-Order (MTO) requests, seasonality, and machine/manpower capacity.

• Generate net Finished Goods (FG) requirements against targeted stock levels and MTO demands.

• Convert and schedule net requirements into production batches considering machine capacity and the availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging (PCK), and Manpower (MP).

• Check and verify the availability of RM and PCK with the material planning team and key stakeholders.

• Update the production schedule dynamically upon any changes in RM, PCK, MP availability, or MTO schedules.

• Follow up on production schedule progress execution to ensure all manufacturing orders are released as planned.

• Communicate production schedule updates efficiently with all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specifically Industrial Engineering).

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in production planning or industrial operations.

• Languages: Full proficiency in both Arabic and English.

• Strong analytical, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
