ob Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves food and beverage to guests according to prescribed service standards and procedures
- Taking and timely serving of orders, cross-checking with both guests and kitchen team to ensure accuracy of order
- Handles guest’s bill and invoice in a good service manner
- Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, items on promotions and daily special menu. Make suggestions based on guest preferences
- Maintains the cleanliness and service supply at the section and side stations to ensure prompt and effective operation
- Follows waiter’s opening and closing checklist
- Reports comments, suggestions, and guests complaints to the team leader.
- Report to work on time. Keep your personal appearance immaculate, e.g. well-groomed hair, clean uniform etc
- Adhere to restaurants rules and regulations and sequence of service
- Any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager

Job Requirements
- Customer-service oriented personality.
- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in F&B industry.
- Preferably at least 1 year experience in F&B industry.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Proficient in English language.
