Position: Private Chef (Full time) Total Annual Package: Up to USD 105,000Base: Up to USD 8,000/month + up to 10% monthly bonus Location: Armenia (On-site)
About Us:An established private household running with professional structure, seeking an experienced Chef to take full, independent ownership of its kitchen.
The Role:This is a permanent, stand-alone role reporting to household leadership, with no direct reports. You own the kitchen end to end: menu planning, sourcing, preparation, cooking, storage, and cleanup. You cook to a strict dietary protocol set by the principal, so precision, allergen awareness, and smart on-brief substitutions are non-negotiable.
The Problems You'll Own:Primary — Every meal lands safe, on-standard, and on time. The household consistently receives high-quality meals at every scheduled service, delivered reliably and without anyone needing to supervise, correct, or check your work.
Secondary — The kitchen runs itself. Reliable end-to-end kitchen operations: inventory managed, stock rotated correctly, budget respected, waste kept low. Nothing spoils, expires, or gets wasted. This is what makes the primary outcome sustainable rather than a one-off.
Responsibilities:Own Meal Service. Plan and cook to a strict dietary protocol with full allergen awareness and safe, on-brief substitutions. Set the Standard. In your first months, establish the household's meal operating standard and run daily and weekly service against it. Run Kitchen Operations. Manage groceries, inventory, and sourcing. The kitchen stays clean, organized, and fully stocked. Build the System. Put a clean inventory and budget-tracking system in place. Hold Food Safety. Temperature control, raw/ready-to-eat separation, FIFO, labeling and dating, safe thawing and cooling — every day, without prompting.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience across at least two private-household or comparable chef roles, owning the kitchen end to end (planning, shopping, prep, cooking, storage, cleanup) Confident cooking to a strict dietary protocol, including allergen awareness and safe, on-brief substitutions Strong, demonstrable food-safety competence Able to commit fully to the required schedule
Preferred Qualifications:Formal culinary training or food-safety certification Experience in a high-net-worth private household
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates complete a structured interview, reference checks, and a paid two-shift practical trial.
