Job Details

Position: Talent Operations Manager Type: Full-time Compensation: $70K - $110K/yr Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities Run large-cohort onboarding at scale, ensuring a fast and organized process. Activate and manage distributed talent pools that support AI training and data operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to foster trust. Anticipate potential blockers and resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Drive successful customer outcomes across ongoing AI deployments by monitoring performance. Publish weekly performance and milestone reports that provide clear insights.
Requirements Have proven experience operating in remote and distributed environments. Possess elite written communication skills that are clear and structured. Demonstrate a deep ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for their work. Be comfortable leading large teams of over 100 contributors. Be data-fluent, with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and performance diagnostics.
