Position: Diesel Mechanic Location: Shipboard (worldwide travel)
What You'll Do:Support maintenance and repair of Wartsila and MAN diesel engines onboard luxury vessels Perform complex engine overhauls, including cylinder head, piston, and liner replacements. Overhaul fuel pumps, cooling water, and lube oil systems. Assist with auxiliary systems and ensure all work adheres to our safety, compliance, and environmental standards. Rotate between ships on a flexible schedule, carrying out vital engine maintenance projects.
What We're Looking For:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic in marine power plants or vessels. Proven expertise in engine overhauls, fuel systems, and engine operating systems. Strong proficiency with hydraulic tools, precision measuring, and possibly turbocharger maintenance. Excellent command of English and physical ability to meet shipboard demands.
