An established International School in Libya is seeking a qualified and motivated Academic Advisor to join our dynamic educational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding curriculum choices, study plans, and career goals.
- Support students in identifying academic challenges and developing strategies for success.
- Work closely with teachers and school leadership to ensure effective academic planning and student progress tracking.
- Assist in the coordination of academic programs and implementation of the school s educational policies.
- Contribute to student orientation, parent meetings, and academic events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in academic advising or a similar educational role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in international or multicultural educational settings is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم الاستشارات الأكاديمية والإرشاد للطلاب بخصوص اختيارات المنهج الدراسي وخطط الدراسة والأهداف المهنية.
- دعم الطلاب في تحديد التحديات الأكاديمية وتطوير استراتيجيات النجاح.
- العمل عن كثب مع المعلمين وقيادة المدرسة لضمان التخطيط الأكاديمي الفعال وتتبع تقدم الطالب.
- المساعدة في تنسيق البرامج الأكاديمية وتنفيذ سياسات المدرسة التعليمية.
- المساهمة في توجيه الطلاب، اجتماعات أولياء الأمور، والفعاليات الأكاديمية.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
المتطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في التربية، علم النفس، الإرشاد، أو مجال ذو صلة (الماجستير مفضل).
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإرشاد الأكاديمي أو دور تعليمي مماثل.
مهارات تواصل بين شخصية وتنظيمية قوية.
يفضّل الخبرة في بيئات تعليمية دولية أو متعددة الثقافات.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة إضافية).
