  • Manage and empower staff. Build an organizational structure that should be result oriented.

  • Lead the development of strategic and operational plans, in collaboration with Department heads and the board.

  • Supervise the proper implementation of plans and monitor staff performance

  • Build and supervise a sales team in order to achieve agreed annual sales target

  • Develop and maintain relationship with Foreign Manufacturers as well as Local oil Companies in Libya.

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining sound financial practices to control expenses within budgeted outlines and achieves annual forecasted profits

  • Direct the preparations of the annual budgets
