  3. Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  4. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  5. Produce timely and detailed service reports
  6. Document processes
  7. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
  8. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
  9. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
  10. Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

  1. Proven field service experience
  2. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  3. English literacy
  4. Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  5. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
  6. Technical degree or certification
