1. Hotel General Manager (GM)
- Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and drive overall profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment and cultivate a strong team spirit among staff.
2. Food & Beverage Manager
- Manage all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop menus, oversee inventory, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate the F&B team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
3. Housekeeping Manager
- Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, order, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
- Implement efficient cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold service excellence.
4. O&M Manager (Operations & Maintenance)
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repair activities as needed.
- Ensure a safe and functional environment for guests and staff alike.
5. Reservation Specialist
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests in a prompt and professional manner.
