بصفتك فني تجميع وصيانة وإصلاح شامل - أدوات قاع البئر، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تجميع واختبار وتحديد الأعطال وإصلاح أدوات قاع البئر المعقدة والتجميعات الفرعية المستخدمة في عمليات حقول النفط. ستطبق خبرتك العملية في الأنظمة الإلكترونية والميكانيكية والهيدروليكية لضمان تقديم منتجات آمنة وموثوقة وعالية الجودة في بيئات الضغط العالي ودرجات الحرارة العالية.
بصفتك فني تجميع وصيانة وإصلاح شامل - أدوات قاع البئر، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- تجميع واختبار وتحديد أعطال وإصلاح التجميعات الإلكترونية لقاع البئر بما في ذلك لوحات الدوائر المطبوعة (PCBs)، وأجهزة الاستشعار، ووحدات القياس عن بُعد، وأنظمة الطاقة، وحزم الأسلاك.
- تجميع وتفكيك وفحص وإصلاح المكونات الميكانيكية مثل الهياكل الخارجية، والمحامل، والأعمدة، ومانعات التسرب، وأدوات التثبيت، والموصلات.
- تجميع واختبار وتحديد أعطال الأنظمة الهيدروليكية بما في ذلك الصمامات، والمكابس، والمشغلات، وغرف الضغط.
- إجراء الاختبارات الكهربائية والميكانيكية والهيدروليكية وعلى مستوى النظام باستخدام معدات وأجهزة الاختبار القياسية.

للنجاح في هذا الدور، ستكون بحاجة إلى:
- الحصول على درجة الدبلوم المشارك (AAS/AS) في تكنولوجيا الكهروميكانيك، أو الإلكترونيات، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو تكنولوجيا الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
- امتلاك خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية أو الهيدروليكية أو أنظمة أدوات قاع البئر.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والرسومات الميكانيكية والإجراءات الفنية.

- إظهار مهارات قوية في تحديد الأعطال والتحليل وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات القياس وممارسات التجميع المحكومة بعزم دوران محدد.
- امتلاك مهارات حاسوبية أساسية للتوثيق وإدخال بيانات الاختبار.
- الارتياح للعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وتولي أهمية قصوى للسلامة.
- القدرة والتفرغ للعمل في بنغازي.
الخصائص المرغوبة
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات وأنظمة البيانات مثل Excel وSAP وMS Office وOutlook.
- شهادات IPC مثل IPC-A-610 أو IPC-J-STD-001.
- خبرة في العمل مع أدوات قاع البئر للضغط العالي والحرارة العالية (HPHT) أو أدوات حقول النفط.
- تدريب أو شهادة في الأنظمة الهيدروليكية.
- معرفة بمنهجيات Lean أو Six Sigma أو التحسين المستمر.
- مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على توجيه أعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة.
- إظهار الشعور بملكية العمل والمسؤولية وعقلية تضع السلامة أولاً.

As an Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Technician - Downhole Tools, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex downhole tools and subassemblies used in oilfield operations. You will apply hands-on expertise across electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality product delivery in high-pressure, high-temperature environments.
As an Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul Technician - Downhole Tools, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing downhole electronic assemblies including PCBs, sensors, telemetry modules, power systems, and wiring harnesses.
- Assembling, disassembling, inspecting, and repairing mechanical components such as housings, bearings, shafts, seals, fasteners, and connectors.
- Assembling, testing, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems including valves, pistons, actuators, and pressure chambers.
- Performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and system-level testing using standard test equipment and fixtures.
- Conducting pressure, leak, and environmental testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Diagnosing failures and nonconformances, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, inspection records, and component traceability.
- Collaborating with engineering, quality, and field service teams to ensure tool readiness and reliability.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Associate Degree (AAS/AS) in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with electromechanical, hydraulic, or downhole tool systems.
- Be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical procedures.
- Have working knowledge of electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient with measuring tools and torque-controlled assembly practices.
- Have basic computer skills for documentation and test data entry.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
- Be available to work in Benghazi.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience with data tools and systems such as Excel, SAP, MS Office, and Outlook.
- IPC certifications such as IPC-A-610 or IPC-J-STD-001.
- Experience working with HPHT or oilfield downhole tools.
- Training or certification in hydraulic systems.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a safety-first mindset.
