Secondary Art Teacher – Immediate Start

Awfaz Global School is seeking an experienced and passionate Secondary Art Teacher to join our team immediately.

We are looking for a creative and dedicated educator who can inspire students, develop their artistic skills and confidence, and deliver engaging, high-quality Art education at Secondary level.

Essential Requirements:


A relevant teaching qualification: B. Ed. or Bachelor’s degree (BA/BFA) in Art, Fine Arts, Art & Design, or a related subject, together with PGCE/QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Minimum of 5 years’ recent teaching experience in IGCSE and AS Level Art is essential. Strong knowledge and practical experience of the Cambridge IGCSE and AS Level Art & Design curriculum, assessment criteria and portfolio requirements. Proven experience teaching Secondary School students. Ability to guide and support students in developing high-quality coursework and portfolios. Experience supporting students for whom English is an additional language (EAL). Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional academic team. Willingness to contribute to school development and wider school activities. Available to join immediately.
