We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Executive Butler to join a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences, anticipating guests' needs, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

Key Responsibilities Provide personalized and discreet butler services to VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering proactive and tailored service at all times Coordinate guest arrival and departure experiences, including room preparations and special requests Manage and oversee guest requests efficiently, ensuring prompt and seamless execution Liaise with various departments to ensure flawless service delivery and guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and guest privacy Assist with special occasions, events, and VIP amenities arrangements Monitor guest preferences and maintain accurate records to enhance personalized service Ensure all butler operations comply with company standards, luxury hospitality protocols, and health & safety regulations
Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or similar luxury hospitality role Previous experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private residences, or luxury hospitality environments is preferred Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with international guests Professional fluency in English is mandatory Additional European languages (such as Italian, French, German, Spanish, Turkish or Russian) will be considered a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP guest expectations Candidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule This position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements. Working hours may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on guest occupancy and operational demands. Weekly days off are rotational and subject to operational requirements.
