Overview Our client is looking for a Content & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to create compelling marketing content and develop customer engagement strategies through email, SMS, and social media. In this role, you will manage lifecycle marketing campaigns, build automated customer journeys, and help strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and creative storytelling.
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities Write compelling marketing copy for emails, advertisements, product pages, and websites. Create, manage, and optimize email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms. Build customer journeys, automations, and lifecycle marketing flows. Develop engaging social media content aligned with marketing campaigns. Coordinate marketing content across multiple channels. Assist with Shopify product listings and content updates. Edit images and short-form videos for digital marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.
Requirements Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Outstanding copywriting and content writing skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Previous leadership, project ownership, or decision-making experience. Experience creating email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Experience writing marketing copy with measurable business results.
