Discover the requirements Proven experience in growth or as a growth PM at a recognised international consumer tech company Deep experience across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation, and loyalty (important!) Experience scaling through startup stages, from early growth to Series B and beyond Comfortable with data - SQL, financial modelling, and turning analysis into clear decisions A first-principles thinker who builds from evidence and challenges assumptions Able to present strategy and performance to senior leadership with clarity and conviction High ownership mentality, bias to action, and at ease driving in ambiguity
