Position: Word and PDF Experts Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $20 - $65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Review, edit, and format documents in Word and PDF to meet professional standards. Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across complex files. Create and maintain dynamic forms and templates in Word and PDF. Extract and consolidate data from documents with high accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant document solutions. Implement workflows aligned with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Train and support stakeholders on document tools and best practices.
Requirements Strong experience working with Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools. Strong expertise in document formatting, tracked changes, and version control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Strong experience handling confidential and sensitive documents. Ability to manage complex documentation workflows in regulated environments. Ability to work independently in remote, deadline-driven settings. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
