C-Pay Account Manager – B2B

Job Summary: The C-Pay Account Manager – B2B at Classera is responsible for managing and developing relationships with business clients using the C-Pay platform, focusing on maximizing account potential and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting B2B relationships.
  • Understand B2B client needs and objectives, aligning them with Classera’s C-Pay offerings.
  • Work closely with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction with C-Pay services and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to meet B2B client needs effectively.
  • Monitor B2B account performance, providing regular reports and insights.

 

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in B2B account management, preferably with a focus on financial or payment services.Strong understanding of B2B account management and customer success principles.Competencies:Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
