Al-Mawjat Al-Sari'a Telecommunications and Technology Company announces its desire to fill the position of Inventory and Fixed Assets Accountant (Job Code: AST-03) to work at the headquarters, according to the following terms and requirements: 
Job Title: Inventory and Fixed Assets Accountant Job Code: AST-03 Department: Inventory and Fixed Assets Department General Purpose of the Job: To take charge of maintaining records of fixed assets and inventory and their movements, tracking the depreciation schedule, and reconciling records with physical inventory and financial management ledgers, to ensure the accuracy of asset and inventory values in the financial statements. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Operational Tasks:

• Track inventory movement, including entries and disbursements, in records according to documents.
• Maintain the fixed assets register and record additions, disposals, and transfers.
• Prepare custody lists and follow up on their signatures by recipients.
• Code, organize, and manage products on the accounting system.

Control Tasks

• Reconcile inventory and asset records with the results of physical inventory and analyze discrepancies.
• Reconcile records with the financial management ledgers monthly.
• Monitor untagged or unassigned assets and report them.
• Verify the existence of supporting documents for every asset or item movement.

Planning and Administrative Tasks

• Contribute to developing the department's plan and participate in preparing surprise and annual inventory plans.
• Archive asset documents and warranty certificates according to the approved filing system.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Nationality: Libyan citizenship. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting at a minimum. Practical Experience: One year or more of experience in asset or inventory accounting. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods.
• Experience in inventory valuation and inventory and reconciliation procedures.

Behavioral Skills: Accuracy, organization, independence of opinion, analysis, and integrity. Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and basic English language skills. Software and Systems: Experience working on asset and inventory systems, accounting systems, and Microsoft Excel. Special Requirements: Readiness for field participation in inventory tasks inside warehouses and sites.
