Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor engineer with strong practical experience in construction sites, with expertise in supervising the execution of structural works, and preparing and monitoring schedules for the stages and tasks of construction projects.

It is preferred to have strong field experience in structural works, site measurements, and reviewing drawings and execution according to the approved engineering plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervising daily execution works and monitoring the workflow at the project site.

Preparing, developing, and monitoring schedules for all stages and works of the project.

Determining the duration required for each construction stage and ensuring adherence to the project schedule.

Monitoring progress of works and identifying any delays or issues that may affect the project schedule.

Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and on-site work teams to ensure work proceeds efficiently.

Supervising the execution of structural works and ensuring compliance with approved designs and plans.

Reviewing structural drawings, specifications, and engineering documents before and during execution.

Conducting field measurements and calculating quantities and dimensions, ensuring their accuracy.

Monitoring site surveying works and ensuring execution conforms to approved dimensions, levels, and coordinates.

Monitoring concrete, steel, foundation, and various structural element works.

Conducting field inspections and examinations and monitoring the quality of execution.

Preparing progress reports, field reports, and required measurements.

Coordinating between civil and structural works and other on-site tasks.

Ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Strong practical experience in construction sites and field execution.

Experience in preparing and monitoring schedules and construction project execution plans.

Strong experience in executing and monitoring structural works.

Experience in surveying, field measurements, and quantity surveying.

Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.

Good knowledge of execution methods, construction materials, and on-site work procedures.

Ability to monitor and coordinate the work of contractors and execution teams.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD; experience with surveying equipment such as Total Station is preferred.

Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to work in the field at project sites.
