Role Description
We're on the hunt for an exceptionally dynamic, visionary and<br/><br/>self-driven<br/><br/>Business Manager to drive our<br/><br/>aggressive growth<br/><br/>strategy in KSA. This is a pivotal<br/><br/>full-time on-site<br/><br/>role,<br/><br/>based in the rapidly growing city of Riyadh , demands approximately 50% travel time, offering a unique opportunity to<br/><br/>shape the future<br/><br/>of our company. Your<br/><br/>mission : to spearhead our business in the kingdom, overseeing<br/><br/>the<br/><br/>daily operations<br/><br/>, managing the<br/><br/>financial<br/><br/>aspects, developing and implementing<br/><br/>strategies to drive growth<br/><br/>, and maintaining strong<br/><br/>relationships with stakeholders<br/><br/>towards expanding our<br/><br/>reach . This entails exploring<br/><br/>new geographies<br/><br/>and opening up groundbreaking<br/><br/>channels . Objectives of the Role
Develop a strategic plan to aggressively grow the business, aiming to double-to-triple revenue each year in the first three years
Identify and exploit opportunities for<br/><br/>robust growth , including channel expansion and accessing new geographies, by forging<br/><br/>new business<br/><br/>relationships and securing retail, partnership, and distributorship agreements
Enhance<br/><br/>organizational effectiveness<br/><br/>through<br/><br/>process<br/><br/>development, employee<br/><br/>supervision ,<br/><br/>building teams<br/><br/>while creating a<br/><br/>motivational<br/><br/>work environment, and the introduction of<br/><br/>innovative<br/><br/>changes
Provide<br/><br/>leadership<br/><br/>and feedback to bolster team skills and knowledge
Uphold company standards of<br/><br/>excellence<br/><br/>and<br/><br/>quality
Key Responsibilities
Strategically<br/><br/>pilot the company’s<br/><br/>growth<br/><br/>, focusing on new geographies and channels in the kingdom
Manage<br/><br/>day-to-day<br/><br/>operations, set and monitor weekly<br/><br/>performance goals<br/><br/>, and achieve<br/><br/>personal targets<br/><br/>, ensuring<br/><br/>efficiency<br/><br/>and<br/><br/>excellence<br/><br/>across all departments
Recruit, onboard, and train<br/><br/>top-tier<br/><br/>employees to meet sales, profitability, and market share goals while fostering a culture of<br/><br/>high performance<br/><br/>and creativity
Create and maintain weekly/monthly<br/><br/>dashboards and scorecards<br/><br/>for company-wide and function-specific performance, facilitating optimized team<br/><br/>performance<br/><br/>and informed decision-making
Ensure effective<br/><br/>task accomplishment<br/><br/>within project timelines
Direct marketing and sales initiatives to<br/><br/>widen our market footprint<br/><br/>and enhance brand visibility
Conduct thorough<br/><br/>market<br/><br/>analysis and<br/><br/>competitor<br/><br/>research to maintain a<br/><br/>competitive edge
Develop, implement, and manage budgetary and<br/><br/>resource allocation<br/><br/>plans for<br/><br/>sustainable and profitable expansions
Delegate tasks to qualified employees, enforcing all company policies, procedures, standards, and values, while<br/><br/>providing necessary guidance, coaching, and monitoring
Efficiently resolve internal staff conflicts, ensuring<br/><br/>mutual benefit
Build strong<br/><br/>relationships<br/><br/>with key<br/><br/>stakeholders
Qualifications
Ability to motivate, lead, and hold employees<br/><br/>accountable<br/><br/>while providing support and coaching
Strong business acumen at a<br/><br/>strategic<br/><br/>level and understanding of holistic<br/><br/>financial<br/><br/>management
Minimum of<br/><br/>3 years<br/><br/>with a proven success record in a<br/><br/>senior<br/><br/>managerial role
Excellent leadership and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Effective communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
Extensive<br/><br/>in-depth<br/><br/>knowledge of the<br/><br/>KSA market
In-depth understanding of<br/><br/>operational procedures
Proficiency<br/><br/>in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the<br/><br/>retail<br/><br/>industry is a plus
Bachelor's<br/><br/>degree in Business Administration or related field
