نبحث عن مدير تسويق علامة تجارية (منتجات البان) ليتولى ادارة وتسويق منتجات شركة البان عالمية من مقر الشركة في بنغازي ليبيا.

يجب ان يكون للمتقدم خبرة في مجال تسويق ومبيعات منتجات الالبان وان يكون مستعد للعمل في مقر الشركة في بنغازي ليبيا

يجب ان يكون المتقدم قادرا على ادارة فرق المبيعات والتسويق والعمل على تجهيز تقارير السوق وخطط التسويق.

Marketing Manager is now needed to manage a leading Dairies product in Libya:

Educational Background:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, commercial management, or a related field

 

Qualification:

  • Experience: - Min of 3 years of experience in managing the brand in Dairies industries.
  • Have a proven track record in managing successful launches.
  • Have a good experience in setting marketing strategy and executing marketing plans.
  • Have a good experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Is well exposed to digital tools and has already used some of those tools in campaigns.  - Has good experience in carrying out activation.
  • Competencies: Effective Leadership. Strong time management. Details oriented.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Computer Skills: Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain both tangible and intangible.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing and sales teams working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price eters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitor and report market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Creating an enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share.
  • Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure the commercial goals of the brand are met.
  • Realistic forecasting of sales and volume for the brand ensuring all parts of the company are geared accordingly.
  • Presenting the brand strategy to directors and sales and marketing teams at internal meetings and conferences.
  • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.

 

Background and experience:

  • Previous experience working as a brand manager or marketing in a known dairy company.
  • have hands-on commercial experience and be driven and passionate in your approach to marketing.
  • Experience of the full marketing mix is essential.
