- Plan at glance the best interview methods.
- Shortlist bulk of applicants for interviews.
- Conduct the interviews on professional basis.
- Ensure the best applicants to be interviewed.
- Plan well in advance vs hiring deadlines.
- Report to management outcomes of interviews.
- Ensure manpower planning in advance ahead of forthcoming year.
- Other related tasks to talent acquisitions.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in HR or BA.
- +10 Years of related experience specially in F&B.
- Flexible and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills in both Arabic and/ or English
- Problem Solving Techniques.
- Open for change management
- Familiarity in MS Office Apps.
