 Roles and Responsibilities

 Responsible for alarm monitoring and escalation , restoration and

information

 Alarm Monitoring for all Tx& IP Nodes for 24/7 capture and

escalate to responsible team by opening TT on time as per SLA.

 Responsible of Tx& IP Nodes fault escalation :

- TT quality ; Escalate on time and accuracy

- Send SMS on time ,voice call , email

- Update on time with proper information in ows and via

SMS;

- Closing on time with right root cause

 Inform shift Leader about L1 and important outage within 5 MIN

and update him/her every 30 min,

 Rectify all Tx& IP Nodes alarms as per 1st line support capability

 Responsible for CRs surveillance quality:

- Monitor from beginning and end the CR

- System healthy checking has been done when CRs are

finished

- Report CR status in ows when CRs are finished

- TT created when CRs time expired and there was faulty

 Daily report (Exco that should be update in daily base, morning

evening that should be update for sending report)

 Making follow-up on every outage, end to end and close TTs with

clear RCA.

 Handover report

 Access control with subcontractor

 Attended to all training and process review

 Checking related emails (personally and group email)

 at least 3 years related work experience in telecom network operation

 3/4 year university degree in Telecom or Computer Science

 Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and

customer requests

 Ability to work day and night per shift

 24x7 availability to support after office hours, and be able to relocate

with in the country

 Very good communication skill, Oral and write English

 Familiar with office standard packages (Word, PowerPoint, etc)
