Key Responsibilities: 1-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs. 2-Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking). 3-Screen candidates through phone screens and interviews to assess their qualifications and fit. 4-Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 5-Assist in arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers. 6-Onboarding our new comers while ensuring a seamless experience. ???? 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -(1-3) years of experience in recruitment, particularly in technical or IT roles (internships or co-op experience will be considered). -Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. -Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Passion for technology and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
